Vanaf 1966 is het bedrijf actief in de regio Nijmegen en ver daarbuiten met het verhuren en plaatsen van marktkramen, tenten, podia, horeca-artikelen en ontruimen. Sinds 2011 is Peer van der Ven eigenaar. Hij heeft eerder veel ervaring opgedaan met het organiseren van allerlei evenementen zoals (jaar)markten, braderieën, kermissen en popconcerten. Het bedrijf is gevestigd in Oosterhout gemeente Nijmegen waar in een grote hal alle materialen en producten opgeslagen liggen
